THE GREAT TERROIRS OF RUM

Planteray is famous for a unique, two-part maturation process. The rum first ages in its tropical country of origin (e.g., Barbados, Jamaica, or Fiji), allowing the hot climate to fast-track flavor development. The rum is then shipped to southwest France, where it rests in ex-Cognac casks to give it a smooth, balanced, and elegant finish. This artisanal rum brand is widely regarded as a premium sipping rum, having earned over 500 gold medals . We will feature 3 cocktails with 3 different expressions.
