What are Balkan wines?
Balkan wines are wines from the Balkan region, which includes the countries of Serbia, Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Slovenia and Albania. We will select 4 wines from these various countries highlighting the beauty of their indigenous grapes. Chef Joey Beato create a delightful 4-course menu to pair beautifully with our selections!
